How do you make sure my child is safe at camp?
Safety is our top priority for all staff and participants of Y2Y Camp. We have updated safety policies and emergency plans in the unlikely event of an emergency. A nurse is on location for the entire duration of camp. There are security checks throughout the night to ensure students remain safe in their cabins. In general, our prevention staff practices a philosophy of over-preparedness to make dealing with the unlikely easier. We will also communicate with you any time there may be a safety issue impacting your student such as illness, injury, or any other concerns. If you would like more detail on specific responses please contact a coordinator.
